Synopsis: Haruka, an aspiring manga artist, transfers to a correspondence high school after struggling with a childhood brain tumor. On her first day, she meets Takumi, a boy who shares the name of her manga’s protagonist—just like in her story. As romance blooms, Haruka experiences love for the first time. But her joy is interrupted when the tumor returns. Facing uncertainty, she chooses to embrace life, no matter the cost.
