Synopsis: Ichiro Yamada, who works in the city’s tourism department, is suddenly tasked by the mayor to produce a “local film.” However, doubting the idea of a typical, “mediocre local film,” Yamada comes up with the idea to create the Kaiju movie he’s always dreamed of!
