Synopsis: Redouane’s dream of becoming foreman comes true, but the factory relocates to India. Determined to keep his job, he convinces his girlfriend, Marguerite, to join him. In India, they face culture shock, comical mishaps, and the reality of local wages. Frustrated, Redouane organizes a strike, securing his promotion and bonus. However, his greed alienates the workers and Marguerite. Now, he must find a way to regain their trust and make amends.
